Classic Parking manages the garage directly across from LUMA. They are offering LUMA & Eleven residents a discounted price of $150 per month for monthly overnight parking.
They do not offer daily overnight parking consistently but daily parking is available for $5-$7 on up depending on the event. This is one option for guest parking but you should retrieve your car by 11pm. They can be a bit unorganized but the covered garage is the best in the area. You must sign up in person. Cash or check only. Give Doug a call on his cell before you go over or contact your concierge.

Primetime Parking is located just half a block north of LUMA on S Hope Street. They are offering $5 flat rate until 6pm and $10-$20 (depending on the event) 6pm to overnight.
This is an uncovered lot and you should give yourself extra time if a large event is going on in the area. They are also offering a discounted rate of $125 per month for monthly overnight parking and $60 for monthly daily parking for LUMA and Eleven residents. To sign up, contact Tony or your concierge.
